PortAudio V19-devel (built Apr 1 2013), with AirPcap.
Running on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with WinPcap version
4.1.3 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2980), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch
1_0_rel0b (20091008), GnuTLS 2.12.18, Gcrypt 1.4.6, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5507 @ 2.27GHz, with 4093MB of physical
memory.
Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 10.0 build 40219

Add the "ACE4_INHERITED_ACE” flag attribute and the "NFS4ERR_DELEG_REVOKED"
error type to their respective lists.
Per Section 15.1.4.1, Error Code 19 "NFS4ERR_NODEV" has been eliminated and
replaced with "NFS4ERR_DQUOTNFS4ERR_DQUOT" which is defined as follows:
"Resource (quota) hard limit exceeded. The user’s resource limit on the server
has been exceeded."
