Build Information:

--
ISO 10747 describes a routing protocol for exchange of routing information
between Routing Domains; it is designed for Exchange of
Inter-domain Routeing Information among Intermediate Systems
to Support Forwarding of ISO 8473 PDUs

Probably the closest relative in the TCP/IP world would be BGP.

It currently runs on top of ISO 8473 (CLNP) and it is widely used
in the Aeronautical Telecommunication Network (ATN) for air/ground
as well ground/ground communications (routing domains are organized on a
national basis which means that each country and each aircraft has its own
routing domain).
