The bug I reported in https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8364
has not been fixed. 

If you look in the anonsvn server: 

http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/viewvc/trunk/epan/dissectors/packet-reload.c?revision=47805&view=markup&pathrev=47805 

you can see the the appropriate change has been made however when you download
the source code from 

http://wiresharkdownloads.riverbed.com/wireshark/src/wireshark-1.8.6.tar.bz2 

you will quickly notice that the patch has not been applied. There are probably
other instances of this bug elsewhere in the codebase.
