It seems there is a bit of an incompatibility with the wireshark development
environment and the WinAVR environment. WinAVR seems to replace cygwin's which
with its own. This causes nmake verify_tools to fail completely.
I didn't have a good place to note this and was hoping it might get documented
somewhere for someone else that might have the issue.
