Add ddd debugger launch capabilities to test-fuzzed
With the wiki updates and the fact that crashes generate core files (which I'd
forgotten) I'm seeing less of a need for this patch. There's also the fact that
I don't know any way to get this sort of thing working on non-Unix systems,
which is a bit annoying.
