with GnuTLS 2.8.6, with Gcrypt 1.4.5, with MIT Kerberos, with GeoIP, with
PortAudio V19-devel (built Nov 25 2010), with AirPcap.

Running on Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64, with locale fr_FR.UTF-8, with libpcap version
1.1.1, with libz 1.2.3.4, GnuTLS 2.8.6, Gcrypt 1.4.5, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual  CPU  E2200  @ 2.20GHz

Built using gcc 4.4.5.

According to ETSI TS 102 771 (GSE implementation guidelines), "mandatory
extension headers" - when GSE's protocol type field is (strictly) less than 256
(0x100) - are of 'pre-defined length (and format) that must be known by all GSE
receivers'.
As a consequence, I think it is better to not dissect them and display such
headers as part of GSE PDU.
