Another thing you can do, other than use tshark, is to use a *read* filter in
Wireshark instead of a *display* filter.  A read filter is the same syntax as a
display filter, but does not pickup the dependencies.  You create it either by
putting the filter in the "Filter:" text box of the open-capture-file dialog
box (the window shown when you do ctrl-O or select File->Open...); or you can
set it from the command line when starting Wireshark, with the -R option,
similar to tshark's command syntax.
