V19-devel (built Mar 6 2013), with AirPcap.
Running on 32-bit Windows 7, build 7600, with WinPcap version 4.1.2 (packet.dll
version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008),
GnuTLS 2.12.18, Gcrypt 1.4.6, without AirPcap.
Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 10.0 build 40219

Some GSM SendRoutingInfo packets are throwing exception only in my Windows
builds. (Seen in Windows XP running 1.4.x and Windows 7 running 1.8.6). The
same is decoded properly in Linux builds running 1.9.1 revisions.
Sample packet is attached.
Haven't done any checking due to lack of windows development setup. I am not
sure whether this is an issue with dissection engine or any other component.
