patch to remove C++ incompatibilities from most of the dcerpc code
this patch contains a large number of conversion from implicit to explicit
casts for the various dcerpc related files. The changes in the epan/address.h
files also have the effect of fixing a few other files that had reported C++
incompatibilities.
