Patch to open reference packet in new window

I have made enhancement for packet browsing. Some packets has references to
other related packets (requests/responses).
But if apply display filter and those other packets are not match display
filter, then you can not goto to this packets and have to filter traffic again.
In some cases is very not comfortable.
Patch implements:
- add item to tree view menu to open reference packet in new window
- change behaviour of double click on reference packet. If press ctrl and
double click then will open reference packet in new window. If only double
click no changes of behaviour (go to reference packet)
