1_0_rel0b (20091008), GnuTLS 2.12.18, Gcrypt 1.4.6, with AirPcap 4.1.1 build

Wireshark does not seem to write any Name Resolution Block on save anymore. It
did write it a while back, but the latest 1.9.x doesn't. This has also been
verified by Jeff Morriss.
