That's the plan. I haven't added wmem_realloc to the official public API yet
because if you try and use it with an unsupported allocator back-end it will
crash, but I'm only one allocator away from being done.

I would prefer not to commit this until my wmem stuff is finished if that's
alright. I'm quite busy right now, but hopefully I'll have time to do the rest
of it some time in the next week or two.
