The DICOM dissector does not analyze the (optional) Extended Negotiation
sub-item during association negotiation.
The patch attached provides Extended Negotiation support for at least the
Query/Retrieve SOP Classes.
It
- adds a header field for User Information
- adds a header field for Extended Negotiation and the corresponding attributes
- adds an Ext. Neg. subtree in the protocol window
- adds #defines for some UIDs
- contains a routine for dissection Ext. Neg. item
- adds descriptive information for the new fields and for some old as well
- makes the User Information Item a header field for filtering
Code has passed fuzz testing: 5000 passes
