Attempt to comply with IEEE Std. 802.11-2012, 8.2.4.2 (Table 8-3)

This patch tries to follow the rules for dissecting the Duration/ID field as
described in Table 8-3 of section 8.2.4.2 of the IEEE std. 802.11-2012
specification found here:
http://www.techstreet.com/cgi-bin/pdf/free/1071374/802.11-2012.pdf.  Kindly
test/review.
