Hi,
Currently the Wireshark dissectors don't support SPBV MAC address sub-TLV
support (802.1aq).
Details about this Sub-TLV:
"The SPBV MAC Address sub-TLV is carried in an MT-Capability TLV in a Link
State PDU for Shortes Path Bridging(SPB). It is used for advertisement of Group
MAC Addresses in SPBV mode."
