Hi Pavel,

Several of the bugs you reported (invalid SAC and invalid RAC) were already
reported in bug 8098 and are already fixed. You can already try a pre-release
of Wireshark 1.8.5 that can be found here:
http://www.wireshark.org/download/prerelease/

I will fix the highlighting bug.

Regarding the ECI, Wireshark already only considers the 28 lower bits even if
it is displayed as 32 bits. I agree it would be more convenient to display it
in decimal instead of hexadecimal to be more consistent with the other
displays. Same thing for the LAC.
