Wireshark currently pops up a dialog if running as root; that dialog could also
note that it will not find any plugins other than those part of the
installation and, if WIRESHARK_RUN_FROM_BUILD_DIRECTORY is set, note that it
won't find the plugins that are part of the build.

TShark doesn't print any message in that case; perhaps it should.

Also, if WIRESHARK_RUN_FROM_BUILD_DIRECTORY is set, Wireshark shouldn't load
plugins from the installation directory - it wouldn't do so if it weren't
running as root.
