Minimal file demonstrating MPLS bug

Attachment: Minimal capture file demonstrating MPLS bug.

Bug: A MPLS payload starting with a valid-looking ethernet address is dissected
twice: once as ethernet and then again as pw-eth-cw (or pw-eth-nocw).

In this cap file the layers are:

ethernet
vlan
vlan
mpls
ethernet
ip
icmp

(This capture file is a reduced version of ipv4.pcap from attachment #1 [details].
Essentially: remove all the duplicate layers of ethernet/vlan/mpls).
