Hi Evan,
  Thanks for the quick review. Ya, the intention behind was that PW OAM message
header part is a common entity for different TLVs, but before calling the
respective TLV decoders, TLV type needs to be checked. So, for the time being,
we just have one switch case for PW-Status TLV. The rest of the cases need to
be added when required.
I am not sure if i have answered your question, but just let me know your
thoughts further. Thanks again.
