Wireshark 1.8.3 does not decode the IPv6 Option Pad1 (RFC 2460 Section 4.2)
correctly. It is supposed to be a 1-byte field, but Wireshark is interpreting
it as two-bytes.
Wireshark 1.6.1 decodes it correctly.
I've attached screenshots of both 1.6.1 (correct) and 1.8.3 (incorrect).
