with GnuTLS 2.12.18, with Gcrypt 1.4.6, with MIT Kerberos, with GeoIP, with
PortAudio V19-devel (built Oct 9 2012), with AirPcap.
Running on Windows XP Service Pack 3, build 2600, with WinPcap version 4.1.2
(packet.dll version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b

Wanted a second opinion before committing this.
Updated wireshark_gen.py to generate hf_ variables for all of the IDL "types".
The "simple" types use proto_tree_add_* (not text), while the "complex" types
use the GIOP dissector API. checkhf.pl generates some warnings because (some
of) the hf_ variables are being generated for the "complex" types, but are not
being used. That will be done in a future installment.
expert_add_info_format calls are now linked to a real item instead of being
attached to a duplicative proto_tree_add_text(). This cleaned up literally
thousands (mostly in packet-parlay.c) of (what I think are) unnecessary
proto_tree_add_text()s
