Hello,
For my tests I need a Nokia Siemens Networks specific AVP to be identified by
wireshark. In order to do that, I usually edit dictionary.xml with the
following:
<vendor vendor-id="Nokia_Siemens_Networks" code="28458" name="Nokia Siemens
Networks"/>
<application id="16777238" name="3GPP Gx"
uri="http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/html-info/29212.htm">
<avp name="User-Agent-Type" code="2016" mandatory="must" may-encrypt="yes"
protected="may" vendor-bit="must" vendor-id="Nokia_Siemens_Networks">
<type type-name="Enumerated"/>
<enum name="NON_MOBILE_BROWSER" code="0"/>
<enum name="MOBILE_BROWSER" code="1"/>
</avp>
</application>
Is it possible to add the above in the normal wireshark distribution, so I
don't have to edit the file, every time I update the wireshark version?
I attach a trace file that includes the AVP for your convenience.
Thanks,
Georgia
