The Mode, Buffer ID, Buffer Offset, and Parameter Length fields of SCSI WRITE
BUFFER CDBs always display as zero. This appears to be due to calls to
proto_tree_add_uint() instead of proto_tree_add_item().
Adjacent code that handles dissection of SEND DIAGNOSTIC CDBs appears to have a
similar issue.
