All the "scsi.sbc.opcode" are changed to "scsi_sbc.xxx"

Right-click filters of procedures in the SCSI SBC SRT dialog all fail: This
was caused when "scsi.sbc.xxx' was changed to "scsi_sbc.xxx" in
epan\dissectors\packet-scsi.c at SVN 43993. Those changes should also have been
made to ui\gtk\scsi_stat.c.
