Ouch. I'm sorry for confusion. Mea culpa.
I've realzied that real mouse wheel works correctly.
So it's just touchpad scrolling issue.
But all others apps work fine with this touchpad scrolling and by some reason I
was 100% sure the same events are used for scrolling in case of mouse and
touchpad.
Since all others apps work, I still think there can some problem in GTK
