Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

There some issue regarding the remote packet capturing in wireshark from
Command prompt. Where dumpcap can be used easily with authentication, but in
CUI only, wireshark does not provide any option for authentication from Command
prompt.
