Dear all,

my code for the DVB-CI/CI+ operator_info() apdu contains a bug. After reading
the info_valid field, offset must be increased to point to the next byte.

Could you apply the attached one-line patch to fix this?

The same code is in 1.8.0, I'd appreciate if you could backport it and schedule
it for 1.8.1. Do you want me to add it to the queue in the wiki?
