This bug is very easy to reproduce:
1. start Wireshark
2. click on the second icon from the left: "Show the capture options"
3. in the "Capture filter" field copy/paste this text: "ether host
00:08:E1:01:15:1F"
4. move the cursor just before the last ":" of the expression
5. press backspace 2x, i.e. to delete the "5" and then the "1" of the "15" in
the expression
As soon as you delete the "1" Wireshark crashes.
