Presumably integer64 is as per this I-D:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-radext-radius-extensions-05#section-2.5
"We define a new data type in RADIUS, called "integer64", which carries a
64-bit unsigned integer in network byte order."
I don't know whether we should wait for it to make it into an RFC or not. (It
was proposed in
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-radext-design-09
but removed in
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-radext-design-10
so it didn't end up in the RFC:

I don't know whether it was removed because adding new RADIUS types was
considered out-of-scope for a "RADIUS Design Guidelines" RFC or not.)
