The window (or at least the head of it) of Wireshark is out of the screen at
startup when an external display's top position is above the main screen's top
position (for example a secondary monitor is rotated to be vertical). It was
the same with an old version and with WinXP 32bit. On the screenshot, Wireshark
is on the top left of the main screen.
