Pre-DOCSIS3.0 protocols did not use FC_TYPE=10 MAC frames, it was "Reserved".
But DOCSIS3.0 has redefined FC_TYPE=10 as "Isolation Packet PDU MAC Header". It
carries normal ethernet frames as FC_TYPE=00 does and it should be decoded in
the same way.
Cisco uBR10k CMTSes send IGMPv3 general query packets in such isolation frames
to avoid IGMPv3 packets being forwarded by Pre-DOCSIS3.0 cable modems.
Wireshark should decode such isolation frames instead of displaying "Reserved
PDU".
