The wMaxPacketSize portion of a USB interrupt or isochronous endpoint
descriptor contains two fields, the maximum packet size and the number of
additional packets that can be communicated each microframe. Because
wMaxPacketSize is currently interpreted as a simple decimal number, values
displayed for high-bandwidth interrupt and isochronous endpoints are incorrect.
