Patches (re)based on SVN Revision 42219, functionality tested with wireshark
1.4.11.

Based on the reaction from Kaul
(http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-dev/201204/msg00123.html), it seems
suitable to dissect the RPC-AUTH-flavor with value '5' as AUTH_GLUSTER.


The implementation of the AUTH_RSA/Gluster dissector contains two changes.
