According to the screen captures, the whole message decoding seems suspicious
(for example the rb-InformationReleaseList IE with 24 entries and several times
the same radio bearers).
As the RRC dissection is called from RLC dissector, it could also be a bug in
the RLC dissector itself forwarding a wrong bitstring to RRC dissector.
Would it be possible to get a sample pcap file exhibiting the issue (and the
expected decoding if possible)?
