Some tags listed on the various pages of http://ask.wireshark.org/tags/ do not
have any questions associated with them and should be deleted.

I don't have a complete list, but here are a few I found:
http://ask.wireshark.org/tags/sin/
http://ask.wireshark.org/tags/wedding/
http://ask.wireshark.org/tags/dresses/

Compare to a non-existent tag where a "404 Not Found" is returned as one might
expect:

http://ask.wireshark.org/tags/nonexistent/
