USB SETUP messages can be likened to postcards, in that the message is mixed in
with other information on the "envelope".
Setup data is physically part of the USB URB, which likely is why the current
implementation displays it as a subtree of the URB. However, this placement
makes it very cumbersome for users to locate the interesting information in
such messages.
It would be more user-friendly to display Setup information at the same level
as the USB URB, rather than beneath it.
