Summary: In my trace I have recognized, that the bytes in
flight calculation is incorrect. It seems that the
problem occurs when the size of a TCP retransmission
is higher than the size of the original packet. The
capture file is attached.

The problem occurs in frame number 17. Wireshark displays 1714 bytes in flight,
but I have calculated 1460 Bytes in flight.
This was discussed at ask.wireshark.com:
http://ask.wireshark.org/questions/8843/bytes-in-flight-problems-with-retransmissions
The problem occurs with lower Wireshark Versions than 1.6.5 too!
