In RTP dissector, there is a problem analyzing header extensions. Registered
subdissector is not call.

I investigated a little and found that, in packet-rtp.c (function
dissect_rtp()), rtp_info->info_payload_type_str is null. It is suppose to be
fill with encoding name extract from p_conv_data->rtp_dyn_payload. The problem
is that it is a null pointer.

I joined the capture file I use to debug that. The payload type is received in
frame #69 and it's frame #81 which is suppose to use this information to, call
header extension subdissector.
