ELCOM dissector patch to fix some protocol sub-field texts

GnuTLS 2.8.5, with Gcrypt 1.4.4, without Kerberos, without GeoIP, without
PortAudio, without AirPcap.
Running on Linux 2.6.32-36-generic, with locale fi_FI.utf8, with libpcap
version
1.1.1, with libz 1.2.3.3, GnuTLS 2.8.5, Gcrypt 1.4.4.
Built using gcc 4.4.3.

Recently I sent dissector for ELCOM protocol (bug 6616) and the submission got
approved. Thank you very much. I downloaded the recent version and noticed
that you had cleaned up my initial code somewhat. Thank you even more.
However, when I did 'svn update' and 'make' the resulting binary gave different
output in some cases. I studied the source and found a few places, that I
changed in my working copy. Now it looks more the same.
The changes were pretty trivial, so I did not do any stress testing.
