This patch adds the name of prefence to the tooltips text of the preference.
Sometimes I need to change a value for a specified preference.
Wireshark has greate GUI dialog for chaning preference.
After changing a preference via GUI dialog, I would like to specify it from
command line with -o command line option.
However, I cannot find good way to know the name of preference which
is used in -o option. The tooltips on the dialog tells the meaning of
preference but doesn't tell the name of it.
With patch, -o option becomes more useful.
