This bug is intended to include the extensions to OSPF as specified by RFC4970
and RFC5642.
1) RFC4970: This RFC specifies that when an OSPF router wants to advertise its
optional capabilities, for OSPFv2 it can use Opaque RI LSA and for OSPFv3, a
new type for Opaque LSA is defined. I intend to include a patch that covers
both the OSPFv2 and OSPFv3 RI LSA. When Optional Router Capabilities need to be
advertised, the specific TLV should always be the first TLV in the LSA.
2) RFC 5642: This RFC specifies a special Router Informational TLV that can be
included in the Opaque RI LSAs for OSPFv2 and RI LSAs fdor OSPFv3 in which the
TLV can contain the Dynamic Hostname of the advertising router.
