PCAP showing WireShark errors with routing headers

(I think the attached file shows the problems.  Its been a few days since I
went through the calculations, but I believe the file shows the problems)

If you look at frame #6, it has a routing header, but the segments left is 0. 
The final L3 destination address is in the L3 header, not the routing header.

Frame 9 shows the same problem.   Frame 10 is calculated correctly as the
segments left is non-zero.

Frame 3 shows an IPv4 frame with a routing header where wireshark also
calculates the wrong checksum.

I believe all frames in this file have the correct checksums calculated.
