I'd like to suggest a patch so that wireshark can parse and filter based on the
User-to-User header as defined in draft-johnston-sipping-cc-uui-09
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-johnston-sipping-cc-uui-09

It's basically another plain header passed on certain SIP messages containing
application-specific information.
