There is a problem, when RTPS2's packet is dessected. Especially, ACKNACK.
MAX_BITMAP_SIZE is defined "200" in this wireshark's code.
But, BITMAP_SIZE that is used RTPS2's packet(ACKNACK) may be greater than 200.
The BITMAP_SIZE may be 256 to the max.
So, the MAX_BITMAP_SIZE is needed to modify(to 256).
