The BACnet standard continues to evolve and grow with new properties, states,
error codes, and vendor ids. I grabbed the latest list of Vendor IDs from
www.bacnet.org website and added them to the value strings inside the BACnet
Application layer dissector. I added new properties, states, and error codes
from the latest version of the BACnet standard, ASHRAE/ANSI 135-2010 BACnet, to
the existing value strings. I compiled, tested, and fuzz tested the results.
