Updated timestamp heuristics.
The heuristics are updated to handle the case when the msb of the timestamp is
set, so it's a non-standard timestamp.
The heuristics are also updated as they pertain to a day-end rollover, as it
appears from the Vista capture file provided that the time difference could be
far greater than my previous assumption of only 1 minute apart. This could be
due to timezone differences between originator and receiver or some other
unknown reason.
If nothing else, with this patch applied, negative timestamps are a thing of
the past.
