A quick look shows the problem to be caused when dissecting frame 28 of the
attached capture; The failure occurs in the "CAPWAP" dissector ("Control And
Provisioning of Wireless Access Points").

I don't have time right now to dig deeper ....

(I've changed the summary text to indicate the actual problem).
