Running on Linux 2.6.35-28-generic, with libpcap version 1.1.1, with libz

Built using gcc 4.4.5.

This patch adds functionality to change the port used by SercosIII and normal
UDP for openSAFETY, using the preferences, and update this selection without
restart.
Also it fixes a rare race condition during fuzz-testing, where a Slim SSDO is
not correctly identified. In such a case, an additional CRC check has to be
performed for detecting the package correctly.
