We should have another component in bugs.wireshark.org for at least
libwireshark.

Now dissectors and all patches/bugs for libwireshark are usually submitted in
wireshark component (described as The Wireshark GUI).

But this bug reports affects tshark (TShark component) as well.


Adding new category and moving bugs (uhm, this part sucks ;/) might help with
bug searching/filtering, etc...
