First case:
1. Run wireshark rpcap (not local)
2. Double clicking on "restart the running live capture" button => wireshark
get stuck (not responding at the Windows Task Manager)
Second case:
1. Run wireshark rpcap (not local)
2. Hit the "restart the running live capture" button, works fine
3. Wait a little bit (let it capture some packet)
4. Hit the button again (second time)
5. Wait a little bit (let it capture some packet)
6. Hit for the third time => wireshark get stuck (not responding at the
Windows Task Manager)
